High-tech enterprise certification

Source factory.
No middlemen.

We manufacture every product in our Panyu facility — from cold-drawing seamless steel tube to nitrogen-filling and bench-testing the finished assembly. That vertical integration means tighter tolerances, consistent quality, and prices your margins will thank you for.

Seamless Steel Tube Construction

Cold-drawn seamless steel — no weld seams to fail under pressure cycling.

Multi-Lip NBR Sealing

Dual-lip nitrogen seals tested across -40 °C to +80 °C. Zero gas loss over 50,000 cycles.

QPQ + Electrophoresis Surface

500-hour salt-spray rated. Rods stay bright even in coastal and humid markets.

OEM-Level Force Tolerance ±5 N

Every unit bench-tested before packing. Reject rate under 0.1%.

Everything buyers ask
before their first order.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product line. For standard catalog gas springs and lift supports, the MOQ is typically 50–100 units per model. For custom-engineered products (force curve, mounting, surface), MOQ is negotiated case by case — usually 200+ units. Contact us with your specific model and we'll confirm quickly.

Do you offer OEM / white-label supply?

Yes. We supply to automotive distributors, aftermarket brands, and online sellers who sell under their own label. We can print your brand name, logo, and part numbers on the product and packaging. Our standard practice is to treat OEM partnerships with full discretion — we do not cross-supply competitors within the same market region.

Can you develop a custom gas spring to a specific force curve?

Absolutely. Send us the vehicle model, the target lift angle, door weight, and mounting points. Our engineering team will calculate the required extended force, compressed force, and optimal stroke length. We offer free technical consultation and produce samples within 15–25 business days. Tooling costs apply for custom end fittings.

What quality testing do your products undergo?

All products are 100% bench-tested before shipment — force output is measured and must fall within ±5 N of spec. Batch samples undergo:

  • 50,000-cycle fatigue test
  • 500-hour salt-spray corrosion test (per ISO 9227)
  • Temperature cycling from -40 °C to +80 °C
  • Gas retention test (zero leakage after 72-hour hold)
What is the typical lead time and shipping arrangement?

For in-stock standard catalog items, we can ship within 3–7 business days. For production orders, lead time is 15–30 days depending on quantity. We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can ship EXW, FOB Guangzhou, or CIF — your choice.

My customer's gas spring failed. What's your warranty policy?

We warrant our products to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipment (or 18 months for OEM supply contracts). Failed units should be returned with the batch number visible. We will inspect and, where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replace the units at no cost including outbound freight.

Do you have stock on hand, or is everything made to order?

We maintain warehouse stock of our top 80 best-selling fitments (mainly Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Hyundai/Kia platforms). All other catalog items are built on order. Send us your inquiry and we'll confirm stock availability within 4 hours during business hours (GMT+8).

What's the difference between your gas spring and an air spring?

A gas spring (also called a lift support or gas strut) is a sealed nitrogen-filled rod used to hold a hood, trunk, or tailgate open. It provides a fixed push force. An air spring is a rubber bellow filled with compressed air used in a vehicle's suspension system — it replaces a coil spring and allows ride-height adjustment. We manufacture both, along with electric actuators, hydraulic dampers, and rubber buffers.
